  • Managing and leading an outbound telephone banking team to meet sales and service targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing coaching to improve productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Providing solutions to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to optimise banking operations.
  • Preparing performance reports and delivering presentations to senior management.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

  • A strong background in the financial services industry, particularly in banking and financial services.
