Job Description

  • Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
  • Provide onsite support and occasionally at other subsidiary sites.
  • Ensure reliability and availability of mission‑critical network systems.
  • Implement upgrades and security patches in line with standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation for incident response and troubleshooting.



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in network engineering or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching protocols.
  • Hands‑on experience with Cisco devices; CCNA or CCNP certification required.
  • Experience in firewall management (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external vendors.
