Job Description

  • Develop system analytics capabilities for Transaction Banking to support transaction administration and reporting for cross-border and domestic capital market transactions (e.g., Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custodian, CLO, ABS, RMBS, CMBS).
  • Lead digital platform partnership projects and channel strategies to drive business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal/external vendors to ensure systems and digital platforms align with business directions.
  • Manage project coordination for system requirements, enhancements, vendor selection, infrastructure, business continuity, and administrative support.
  • Work with business stakeholders to develop and maintain a suite of products for Transaction Banking.
  • Partner with other functions to enhance product capabilities.
  • Oversee product development or change projects, including pricing, documentation, risk management, operational processes, legal, and finance.
  • Maintain and update product information such as documentation, pricing, SLAs, and approval details.
  • Review workflows and identify opportunities for process automation and technology adoption.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in corporate banking or institutional client segment, with expertise in system project management and product management.
  • Strong knowledge of product/ system development life cycle, UI/UX, and business requirements documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, VBA, and Macros.
  • Good understanding of market infrastructure, including FX processes, clearing systems, and CRM.
