Job Description

As a Site Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, organising, and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, contractors, and teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Preparing detailed project reports and documentation.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Ensuring the quality of work meets the agreed specifications and standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have experience in managing clean room or laboratory projects.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
