Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of a flagship mobile application that is scalable, reliable, and high‑performing mobile apps;
  • Deliver clean, maintainable code spanning user interfaces, core business logic, and smart device integrations;
  • Partner closely with the founders and product team to shape the technical roadmap, making strategic decisions on tools, technologies, and infrastructure;
  • Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions that support long‑term business objectives.
  • Build the foundation of the engineering culture; guide recruitment, mentorship, and management of the technology team during growth.



The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • A university degree in Computer Science or a closely related field;
  • AT LEAST 6-8 years of experience in a React Native mobile application development, with prior leadership responsibilities;
  • Strong coding experience in Node.JS/ Golang;
  • Strong track record in building applications that integrate seamlessly with smart devices and IoT technologies;
  • Strong mix of architectural design expertise combined with enthusiasm for remaining actively involved in coding.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup setting, with a proactive, hands‑on mindset and excitement about scaling a product from inception to maturity.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, live streaming, or IoT/smart device development would be an added benefit;
  • Fluency in spoken English and Chinese are essential.
