Job Description

Investor Relations & Capital Markets

  • Lead the overall investor relations strategy, acting as the main point of contact for existing and prospective investors
  • Prepare and manage core investor communications, including investor presentations, shareholder updates, financial summaries, and board materials
  • Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and capital markets outreach in Hong Kong, Singapore, and other overseas markets
  • Support fundraising efforts across equity, structured financing, and strategic investments, as required



Corporate Finance & Strategic Execution

  • Drive corporate finance planning, including capital structure optimization, funding strategy, and financial performance analysis
  • Support M&A, strategic partnerships, and international expansion initiatives, including evaluation, structuring, and execution
  • Coordinate with legal, audit, and advisory partners on transaction execution, regulatory matters, and governance requirements
  • Prepare materials and analysis for senior management and board‑level decision making



Stakeholder & Internal Management

  • Serve as a key liaison between management, investors, financial institutions, and external advisors
  • Establish and institutionalize IR and corporate finance processes suitable for a multi‑jurisdiction, international platform
  • Support preparation for future capital market initiatives, including potential pre‑IPO readiness or other liquidity events

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, investor relations, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with institutional investors and senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, valuation, financial modeling, and transaction structures
  • Experience in cross‑border transactions or overseas expansion, with familiarity in Hong Kong and/or Singapore markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment
