Job Description

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Managing correspondence, documentation, and filing systems efficiently.
  • Assist with claim submission and claim processing.
  • Handling internal and external communication promptly.
  • Taking on additional tasks as assigned by management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years work experience in admin role.
  • Proficiency in using MS office software, Word, Excel, PPT.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
