We are seeking an IT Manager with expertise in MPF/Pension systems to lead technology initiatives in the insurance industry. This role will focus on delivering effective IT solutions and ensuring seamless operations within the Hong Kong office.

Job Description

  • Partner with business users to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements
  • Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth project execution
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Facilitate UAT and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Prepare project documentation and support post-implementation reviews

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT project or enhancement management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture and database programming (SQL)
  • Familiarity with pension systems or MPF platforms is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
