Job Description

  • Market Discovery: Conduct in‑depth research to identify potential partners, emerging trends, and new business opportunities within the F&B and packaging sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Connect with F&B innovators, manufacturers, and sustainability‑focused organizations to introduce the packaging products and its unique benefits.
  • Product Trials & Case Studies: Lead product trial programs, support customer testing processes, and develop case studies that highlight both environmental and operational impact.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging demonstrations that clearly communicate the value, functionality, and innovation behind the company's solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop strategic sales plans, set ambitious targets, and drive performance to support regional growth.
  • Insight‑Driven Planning: Use market intelligence to refine sales strategies, monitor industry trends, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Events & Brand Presence: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring continuous support beyond initial onboarding.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and global sustainability trends to support strategic decision‑making.
