Job Description

  • Assist in reviewing and organizing account opening documentation submitted
  • Support basic document checks to identify missing information or inconsistencies and follow up with relevant parties as instructed
  • Perform accurate data entry of client information into internal onboarding systems and workflows
  • Assist in filing and maintaining account documentation in accordance with internal record‑keeping standards
  • Help track outstanding documentation and support follow‑up prior to required deadlines
  • Support post‑account opening administrative follow‑ups and expiry monitoring
  • Provide general onboarding administrative support, including document scanning, data checking, form updates, system maintenance, and basic reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or operations support
  • Experience in prior exposure to KYC or SOW is an advantage
  • Ability to work in Chinese and English (reading and communication)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered
