Join our dynamic team and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our valued members. As a Member Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships, driving membership growth, and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the membership base and foster loyalty
  • Maintain detailed member profiles and preferences to ensure a tailored experience
  • Promote and upsell premium products and services, including tea, wine, beverages, and art pieces, to achieve sales targets
  • Manage member inquiries and bookings across phone and digital channels
  • Introduce and facilitate promotional campaigns and VIP engagement initiatives
  • Support exclusive events, ensuring seamless logistics and on-site operations
  • Handle ad hoc assignments with professionalism and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in luxury retail, five-star hospitality, or high-end private clubs preferred
  • Client-centric, proactive, and energetic personality
  • Strong interpersonal, storytelling, and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively as a team player
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
