Job Description

  • Lead daily warehouse and contract logistics operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow and on-timefulfillment
  • Manage, coach, and develop operations teams to drive performance and engagement
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control
  • Oversee customer service delivery, ensuring contractual and service level commitments are met
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, including performance reviews and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and internal operational standards
  • Use warehouse systems and operational data to support performance monitoring and decision-making
  • Coordinate transportation planning, resource allocation, and billing accuracy



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Min. 5-8yrs' of experience in Contract Logistics or Warehouse operations
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions
  • Experience managing process improvement or operational projects with clear timelines and cost considerations
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations, compliance standards, and safety requirements
  • Hands-on experience in cost control, budgeting, and performance management
  • Familiarity with warehouse or logistics systems is preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to team development, operational discipline, and continuous improvement
