This Client Onboarding Officer will supports the Client Onboarding team of a Swiss private bank by reviewing source‑of‑wealth details, conducting customer due diligence, and approving non‑high‑risk account openings in line with strict KYC and AML/CFT standards. It also collaborates with the Team Head with workflow management, documentation checks, and continuous process improvements and work with internal stakeholders.
  • Exposure in KYC approval, periodic review for private banking clients
  • Candiate with 4-5 years of working experience in PB KYC are welcomed!

Our client is a Swiss private bank known and they are looking for a Client Onboarding Officer to client onboarding, thorough documentation review, and robust KYC and AML/CFT standards. The institution maintains a highly collaborative operating model, ensuring efficient processes and consistent, high‑quality support to internal stakeholders throughout the account‑opening lifecycle

Job Description

  • Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing and verifying client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues during the onboarding process.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.
  • Providing excellent client service by addressing inquiries and offering onboarding support.
  • Assisting with the implementation of process improvements for efficient client onboarding.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
  • Preparing reports and updates on onboarding progress for management review.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 4 years of working experience in end to end KYC field
  • Experience from international private bank is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
