The purpose of this role is to act as the conduit between the IT department and the business, ensuring clear and effective two-way communication. The position holder is expected to capture change requests to the Health product suite to validate their business value and collaborate with the IT department to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions to a transparent schedule.

Job Description

  • Analyse business requirements
  • Report concisely and clearly on technical matters to non-technical staff
  • Effectively translate requirements into IT solution deliverables
  • Project management of multiple workstreams
  • Participate in the Health Insurance Products workshops
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on the status and progress of related IT projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis for health insurance products, including medical and critical illness offerings
  • Strong knowledge of individual and group insurance product development, as well as end‑to‑end lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in subscription‑based health insurance models, including associated operational workflows and processes
  • Capability to design, evaluate, and enhance sales journeys across both digital and assisted channels (e.g., paper applications, digital flows, STP processes)
  • Experience supporting annual product renewal cycles, such as benefit enhancements, pricing updates, and regulatory compliance checks
  • Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements for health insurance projects
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, operations, IT, and regulatory stakeholders
