We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Development Manager to lead the growing Product team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving end‑to‑end product innovation within the health, wellness, and nutritional supplements category.

Known for our commitment to premium quality, clean ingredients, and scientifically backed formulations, they specialise in developing nutritional supplements, functional wellness products, and natural health solutions for consumers of all ages.

Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle development of nutritional supplements, functional foods, and health products.
  • Identify trends, consumer insights, and scientific advancements to drive product innovation.
  • Oversee formulation design, ingredient selection, stability studies, and product efficacy review.
  • Ensure all products meet quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Manage and mentor the Product Development team, ensuring strong coordination and high output.
  • Provide scientific guidance and strategic direction for both product and R&D functions.
  • Build a culture of innovation, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with Marketing, Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product launches in line with business goals.
  • Participate in vendor selection, raw materials evaluation, and technical assessments.
  • Conduct research on nutritional science, emerging ingredients, and global wellness trends.
  • Prepare technical documents, including product specifications, claims support, and regulatory dossiers.
  • Ensure alignment with global and local food safety and supplement regulations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or related discipline (required).
  • 6-8+ years of experience in product development within nutrition, supplements, health foods, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring teams.
  • Strong knowledge of formulation, ingredient functionality, and product stability.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and evidence‑based product innovation.
