Job Description



  • Lead business analysis work-streams across Insurance change programmes from initiation through delivery


  • Translate insurance domain knowledge into clear business and functional requirements


  • Support digital transformation, operating model evolution, and data-led innovation initiatives


  • Facilitate workshops, document business processes, and define target state designs


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver structured, pragmatic solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in business analysis for health-related insurance products, including medical and CI coverage
  • Strong understanding of individual and group insurance product development and lifecycle management
  • Expertise in subscription-based health insurance models and related operational processes
  • Ability to design and optimize sales journeys across digital and assisted channels((Paper, digital flow, STP flow, etc)
  • Familiarity with annual product revamp activities, including benefit updates, pricing adjustments, and compliance checks
  • Skilled in gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for health insurance initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with product, operations, IT, and regulatory teams
