Ensure Operational Excellence & CRM DisciplineEnforce rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM data discipline across the team to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with internal governance standards.6. Collaborate Across a Matrix EnvironmentPartner seamlessly with underwriting, broking, compliance, marketing, and regional leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure the highest standards of service and execution.7.
