Job Description

As an IR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of investors' capital planning needs and long-term financial goals.
  • Clearly communicate the firm's competitive edge, including:
    • Extensive experience in hedge fund management.
    • A strong global investment network and institutional relationships.
  • Present the firm's investment strategies, risk management framework, and product offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Foster deep, trust-based relationships with investors and strategic partners.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and provide timely, accurate data and insights.
  • Support a variety of investor-focused initiatives and communications.



The Successful Applicant

A successful IR Manager should have:

    • Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable.
    • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
    • Passionate about investor relations and marketing.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products.
    • Fluent in Mandarin speaking and writting
  • Experience:
    • 2-10 years in investor relations, private banking, client management, investment management, or institutional sales at leading financial institutions.
