Job Description

As a Senior UAT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive UAT plans to ensure project success.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define testing requirements and objectives.
  • Managing UAT schedules, ensuring timely completion of testing phases.
  • Identifying and resolving issues or defects during the testing process.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, results, and reports.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to UAT team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards during testing procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior UAT Manager should have:

  • A degree in technology, business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing user acceptance testing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with financial services operations and technology.
