We are looking for an Operations Specialist (KYC) to join a team within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will focus on operational processes and ensure smooth functioning in the banking & financial services department.

Job Description

  • Review and validate onboarding documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor account opening progress and actively follow up on pending requirements.
  • Ensure all KYC/AML documentation is collected and submitted in line with banking standards.
  • Manage sensitive client information with strict confidentiality.
  • Maintain internal systems and keep documentation logs updated.
  • Draft operational guides, SOPs, and internal manuals aligned with banking processes.
  • Drive or assist in implementing new tools, CRM platforms, and business infrastructure enhancements.
  • Provide support to client-facing teams for account setup, issue resolution, and reporting needs.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent;
  • Solid understanding of KYC, AML regulations, and client on-boarding processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
  • Previous experience in client on-boarding within private banking or wealth management is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated strength in project and case management.
