This is a hands-on role ideal for a smart, stable and proactive leasing professional who enjoys working closely with senior management in a small, efficient team.

Job Description

As a Leasing - Officer/Senior Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling leasing processes, including tenant sourcing and lease negotiations.
  • Preparing and managing lease documents and agreements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with tenants and addressing their inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth property management operations.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to support leasing strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements in leasing activities.
  • Monitoring lease renewals and assisting in the preparation of reports on leasing performance.
  • Providing administrative support to the property department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leasing - Officer/Senior Officer should have:

  • Educational background in property management, business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and property leasing practices.
