Job Description

  • Managing order processing and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels.
  • Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to optimise supply chain efficiency.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records of orders and transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in the procurement process.
  • Providing exceptional support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage order processing effectively.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain practices in the Retail industry.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order management and tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers, vendors, and team members.
