Job Description

As an Equity Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on high-quality listed companies in China and global markets, with coverage across sectors such as technology and consumer, to identify attractive investment opportunities.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis within assigned sectors and deliver high-quality research reports and actionable investment recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including research, investment, trading, and risk management.
  • Provide support to Portfolio Managers on daily tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Equity Analyst should have:

  • Degree from a top-tier university; CFA charter holder preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of equity research experience at an asset management firm or sell-side research institution, with strong sector expertise. Prior experience at a leading buy-side or sell-side firm is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated passion for investment research and commitment to a long-term investment philosophy. Candidates should exhibit humility, curiosity, self-reflection, and continuous learning, along with strong independent thinking, probabilistic reasoning, and business acumen. Must be a collaborative team player with resilience under pressure.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, including the ability to read and analyze English materials, draft reports, and communicate effectively with global institutions.
