Job Description



  • Conduct compliance reviews and due diligence across investment and wealth management activities.


  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements in all client transactions.


  • Support the selling process and product lifecycle for Private Banking and investment products.


  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams to deliver compliant, client-focused solutions.


  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks while promoting best practices across the business.



The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, investment compliance, or related financial services.


  • Strong knowledge of investment compliance frameworks and regulatory standards in Hong Kong.


  • Familiarity with Private Banking products (e.g., structured products, funds, discretionary mandates).


  • Proven ability to manage due diligence processes with accuracy and integrity.


  • Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
