Join the alternative investment team of a leading global insurance-backed asset management platform, managing over US$1 billion in Fund of Funds and Co-Investment strategies across OECD markets.

Job Description

  • Source and evaluate infrastructure equity investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis, valuation modeling, and preparation of investment memos for Investment Committees.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout transaction execution.
  • Lead due diligence, documentation, and closing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage post-investment activities, including attending manager briefings, preparing reports for stakeholders, and handling operational matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Background in Big Four Transaction Advisory or Valuation teams strongly preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience across two or more areas: Financial Due Diligence, Valuation, Audit, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Fund Investments, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
  • Accounting qualification required; CFA or other advanced finance credentials preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Sector experience in Telecom, Transportation, and Energy is highly desirable.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • High-performing candidates may be considered for permanent conversion.
