Job Description

    • Analyze andoptimize logistics processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency.
    • Lead transformation projects to enhance distribution, warehousing, and transportation workflows.
    • Collaborate with brands and cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business objectives.
    • Implement technology-driven solutions to improve visibility, accuracy, and operational agility.
    • Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
    • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of innovation and process excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in logistics process improvement or supply chain transformation within multinational or luxury retail environments.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with logistics systems and process automation tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
