Job Description

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the company's operations, including sales, service, warehousing and logistics, finance, and administration. You will develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on leadership, guiding a close-knit team to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also manage budgets, optimize processes, and identify new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
