Job Description

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end close.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Oversee internal controls and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate audits with external auditors and ensure timely completion.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial data.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Drive automation and system enhancements for accounting processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA,) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
