Job Description

  • Oversee development, sampling, manufacturing, cost negotiation, bulk production, and shipment coordination for packaging and POS display materials.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth execution, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Monitor production progress closely, provide accurate quotations, and review samples to accelerate timelines and maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure packaging and display designs meet customer specifications, sustainability requirements, and internal company standards.
  • Work with suppliers to guarantee timely shipment and address challenges effectively.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Proven expertise in product development within the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to challenges.
