Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying potential business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborating with the offshore team on delivery and finding the right talents
  • Preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Specialist should have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients in the Technology industry effectively.
  • Previous experience in Sales or Recruitment is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
