Financial Strategy & Daily Management

• Develop and oversee the group's overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Manage daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance, to maintain efficiency and integrity of the financial system.
• Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and standards.

Budgeting, Cost Control & Capital Allocation

• Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Implement cost control measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Optimize capital structure through effective allocation of funds, balancing debt and equity financing.
• Oversee tax planning to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance

Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Establish and continuously improve internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and financial data.

• Conduct regular operational and financial analysis, providing management with insights into business performance and potential risks.
• Deliver timely reports and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

Strategic Business Support

Treasury
