Job Description



1. Client Service Management - Institutional, Family Office & Wealth Management

  • Oversee end‑to‑end client servicing for all institutional clients, family offices, and Asia wealth management partners.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality delivery of client onboarding, reporting, due diligence, operational queries, and ongoing account support.
  • Partner with investment, operations, legal, compliance, and distribution teams to address client requirements and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client mandates, investment strategies, operational preferences, and regulatory considerations.



2. Leadership of Asia Client Services Team

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Asia regional client services team, promoting a high‑performance culture and operational excellence.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Standardize service procedures, introduce best practices, and drive continuous process improvements across the region.
  • Oversee resource allocation, workflow management, and service KPIs to ensure optimal team efficiency.



3. Relationship Management & Business Support

  • Maintain strong, consultative relationships with institutional clients and wealth management partners across Asia.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and distribution teams to support business growth, providing client insights and service expertise.
  • Facilitate the distribution and servicing of commingled funds-including traditional long‑only strategies and alternative asset classes (hedge funds, private markets, multi‑asset solutions).
  • Manage client review meetings, service-level discussions, and operational due diligence engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of client servicing experience in asset management field focusing on alternative assets.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and alternative investment products and operational workflows.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing senior institutional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and drive solutions across cross‑functional teams.
