Job Description

As the Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of brand strategy, growth marketing, and cross‑border traffic generation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading overall brand positioning and strengthening brand equity in the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.
  • Defining go‑to‑market strategy, product messaging, USPs, and content direction.
  • Driving cross‑border e‑commerce initiatives to generate demand, traffic, and conversions between Hong Kong ↔ Mainland China.
  • Developing content‑driven, creative, and non‑traditional marketing initiatives to fuel growth.
  • Leading and upgrading the existing marketing team from tactical execution to strategic, brand‑led operations.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and E‑commerce teams to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven hands‑on experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, digital marketing, and traffic acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of both Hong Kong and Mainland China consumer markets.
