Our client, a leading Cargo facilities organisation, they are seeking a Senior/Business Development Manager with strong understanding in contract logistics and cargo facilities business to drive sales strategies and partnerships.

Job Description

  • Formulate initiatives that capitalise on commercial prospects.
  • Build, expand, and nurture professional partnerships that enhance revenue generation from both current clients and newly targeted prospects.
  • Spot emerging market segments and craft compelling business proposals to secure contracts, long-term partnerships, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Support leadership decision‑making by conducting data evaluations, market research and assessments of business potentials.
  • Participate on behalf of the organisation at professional conferences, corporate events and similar activities.
  • Oversee sales strategies, negotiation approaches, and the preparation of tendering, business proposals, and commercial contracts.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or related subjects.
  • 5-10 years experience in commercial roles in 3PL warehousing, commerce logistics, air cargo operations, candidate with aviation services, or air freight forwarding will be highly referable.
  • Strong strategic mindset and the ability to interpret market trends and competitive insights to uncover growth possibilities.
  • Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with effective presentation and communication abilities.
  • Collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Occasionally travel is required
