About Our Client

Our client is a large organization within the financial services industry, known for its focus on innovation and data-driven strategies. The Analytics department plays a key role in supporting the company's objectives.

Job Description

  • Deliver digital messaging propositions across multiple platforms (eDM, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.)
  • Manage end-to-end development lifecycle, from scoping to post-implementation support
  • Collaborate with business units and analytics teams to optimise campaign performance
  • Perform hands-on analytics for lead generation and campaign tracking
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Statistics, Data Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail banking with strong data management skills
  • Solid Python programming experience (mandatory); SAS knowledge is an advantage
  • Familiarity with digital messaging technologies (e.g., SFMC, AEM)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, and Pega preferred
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager level
