Job Description

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities, focusing on commercial, supply chain, and operations. Define strategy and roadmap, set milestone and develop proposals.

- Analyze, design, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solution designs.

- Convert high-level objectives into detailed business processes, technical requirements, and implementation plans.

- Drive solution delivery, including testing, validation, and deployment of new digital capabilities.

- Provide ongoing support for digital solutions, driving optimization and continuous improvement.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's in Information Systems or relevant disciplines.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital/ IT Business Analysis in a sizeable enterprise with Big 4/ Technology consulting experience in digital transformation (experience in serving logistics, supply chain, manufacturing client is a plus)

- Strong experience technology strategy formation, develop proposals and hands on with driving project delivery.

- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.

- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and execute transformation projects end-to-end.

- Experience in driving digital transformation with the use of any applications (e.g. Cloud ERP), analytics platform, and emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI/ Automation).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
