As a Communication Manager in the industry, you will lead and implement effective internal & partnership communication strategies to build up a strong brand message, business vision to enhance the internal & external engagement. This role requires expertise in creating impactful brand messages and company events (online & offline) and managing business vender' relationships to achieve company objectives.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will drive the internal communications strategy to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce the company's brand vision. You will create clear and compelling content-including newsletters, leadership messages and LinkedIn posts-to keep employees informed and connected, while managing communication channels to ensure information is delivered effectively and on time.

You will also lead the planning and execution of B2B events, both online and offline, partnering with external vendors to support strong business relationships. Working closely with HR and functional leaders, you will develop relevant messaging, identify communication opportunities and contribute to company-wide initiatives such as CSR and internal campaigns.

Additionally, you will coordinate essential office updates to maintain employee safety and awareness, collaborating across teams and time zones to deliver high-quality communications and event outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

Who You Are:

  • A degree in Communications, Journalist or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in internal communication strategy and campaign management, B2B conference /event management (online/offline), preferred background in large organization / international companies.
  • A strong content writer, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and able to work independently
