The company is known for its stable leadership, strong governance, and long employee tenure, offering an environment where professionals can grow, contribute meaningfully, and build long‑term careers.Job DescriptionLead demand forecasting, supply planning, and production timelines across APAC marketsManage end‑to‑end supply chain execution, ensuring compliance with trading transactions, documentation standards, and trade compliance requirementsDrive regional supply chain initiatives, include site transfer projects, lifecycle management, process optimisationIdentify and resolve operational and supply issues by working closely with internal stakeholders and external partnersMonitor order status, inventory health, supply risks, and shipment execution to ensure continuity of supplyAnalyse supply chain performance metrics and deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to managementPrepare regular and ad‑hoc management reports, dashboards, and scenario analysesSupport regional system enhancements (e.g. SAP and planning tools)Participate in ongoing regional projects such as secondary packaging / artwork harmonisationThe Successful ApplicantDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related disciplinesAt least 5 years of experience in supply planning, operations, or regional supply chain roles, preferably in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry beforeDemonstrated involvement in cross‑functional supply chain projects (e.g. site transfer, new product launch, transitions)Strong analytical capability - able to translate data into clear, structured narrativesProficient in Excel & PowerPoint; SAP experience is highly advantageousExperience supporting multiple Asia marketsFluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)Practical, logical thinker with a growth mindset and strong project awarenessComfortable working independently while collaborating in a lean regional teamWhat's on OfferAttractive package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
