The Asia regional office in Hong Kong plays a strategic coordination role, overseeing planning, supply execution, trade compliance, production-site transfer and cross‑market optimisation across more than 10 markets in Asia. Job Description

  • Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and production timelines across APAC markets
  • Manage end‑to‑end supply chain execution, ensuring compliance with trading transactions, documentation standards, and trade compliance requirements
  • Drive regional supply chain initiatives, include site transfer projects, lifecycle management, process optimisation
  • Identify and resolve operational and supply issues by working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Monitor order status, inventory health, supply risks, and shipment execution to ensure continuity of supply
  • Analyse supply chain performance metrics and deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to management
  • Prepare regular and ad‑hoc management reports, dashboards, and scenario analyses
  • Support regional system enhancements (e.g. SAP and planning tools)
  • Participate in ongoing regional projects such as secondary packaging / artwork harmonisation

The Successful Applicant

    • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related disciplines
    • At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, operations, or regional supply chain roles, preferably in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry before
    • Demonstrated involvement in cross‑functional supply chain projects (e.g. site transfer, new product launch, transitions)
    • Strong analytical capability - able to translate data into clear, structured narratives
    • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; SAP experience is highly advantageous
    • Experience supporting multiple Asia markets
    • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
    • Practical, logical thinker with a growth mindset and strong project awareness
    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a lean regional team
