Job Description

  • Developing and executing merchandising strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Managing product development processes in alignment with market trends and consumer demands.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and quality standards.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and improve product offerings.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and implementing effective supply chain solutions.
  • Leading a team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on merchandising performance and strategies.

The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, or related field.
    • Minimum 6-8 years of merchandising experience, preferably in intimates, body-wear, activewear, or softlines.
    • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product decisions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
    • High level of proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems.
    • Experience in global brands or regional roles is a strong advantage.
    • Passionate about product, consumer insights, and building category strategy.
