Our client is a well-known F&B concept in Hong Kong and they are now an experienced General Manager to manage their business operations.

Job Description

As a General Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Leadership
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
    • Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff across all departments
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork
    • Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs
  • Financial Oversight
    • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
    • Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste reduction
    • Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through attentive service
    • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
    • Develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Marketing & Community Engagement
    • Collaborate on local marketing strategies and promotions
    • Represent the restaurant at community events and build local partnerships



The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, and team management abilities and strong leadership skills
  • Strong financial management experience with high levels of analytical skills and execution
  • Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
