Job Description

  • Managing daily operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency within the banking and financial services department.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in all operational tasks.
  • Monitoring and reconciling financial transactions to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and process improvements.
  • Preparing and reviewing reports to support decision-making within the financial services industry.
  • Providing support for system upgrades and implementation projects as required.
  • Addressing and resolving operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services operations and processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data management and analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
