About Our Client

This Hong Kong-based asset management firm, established in Hong kong for over a decade, as the wholly owned international arm of a leading Mainland Chinese fund group, operates with full regulatory authorization under Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), and Type 9 (Asset Management) licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
It plays a pivotal role in its parent group's overseas investment strategy. The Hong Kong investment team works in an integrated structure with the group's global investment platform, covering Hong Kong equities, U.S.-listed Chinese companies, and offshore fixed income markets. Its fixed income activities benefit from the parent company's established credit research capabilities, while its equity platform forms part of one of the earliest Mainland managers to invest in Hong Kong markets. Backed by a Mainland institution founded for nearly three decades-one of the first fund management companies approved by the CSRC-this Hong Kong entity draws on extensive experience, strong research depth, and a wide set of qualifications spanning public funds, segregated mandates, advisory, pension mandates, and cross‑border programs such as QDII and QFII.
Today, the firm is expanding strategically across multiple business directions in Hong Kong, supported by full resource alignment and cross‑border integration with its Mainland headquarters. This expansion is reinforced by strong internal backing, research support, and a commitment to strengthening its international asset‑management footprint.
