Job Description

  • Oversee the complete sourcing lifecycle for intimate apparel, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries and strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Design and implement procurement and supply chain strategies that drive cost savings and operational excellence.
  • Lead initiatives that align product offerings with evolving market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Monitor supplier performance and cultivate strong, long-term vendor relationships.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with ethical standards and sustainability practices.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sourcing opportunities both locally (Hong Kong) and internationally.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and data-driven insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in procurement and supply chain management, particularly in the FMCG, E-commerce or intimate industry.
  • Experience in sourcing and developing intimate, swimwear products.
  • A solid understanding of market trends and consumer demands.
  • Strong vendors connection specially in SEA countries, including Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing supplier relationships and ensuring quality standards.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to create actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with ethical sourcing and sustainability practices.
