Job Description

  • Oversee daily counter operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery with a strong focus on exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure branch operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and relevant banking guidelines and procedures.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills and a solid understanding of risk management.
  • Preferably passed HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
