About Our Client

A Hong Kong -headquartered financial technology and investment platform, licensed and regulated by the SFC of Hong Kong, holding multiple licenses including Type 1,2, 4,7 and 9, enabling it to operate across a wide range of regulated financial activities.

Job Description

As a Responsible Officer (Type 1 & 2), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Must be a current SFC Responsible Officer for Type 1 and Type 2 regulated activities.
  • Solid experience in bond dealing and fixed income compliance is essential.
  • Prior experience with SFC on-site inspections is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SFC, HKEX, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage risk and compliance across front-to-back operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Responsible Officer (Type 1 & 2) should have:

  • A recognized degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SFC regulations and the financial services industry.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Eligibility to be approved as a Responsible Officer by the SFC.
