Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and enhance ETF products, contributing to the diversification and competitiveness of the firm's product offerings
  • Lead coordination efforts across compliance, investment research, operations, and other departments for product setup, modification, and ongoing maintenance
  • Conduct in-depth market research and interpret regulatory policies to support long-term strategic planning
  • Assist in marketing strategy and promotional initiatives to support business development and product visibility

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university (Mainland China or overseas)
  • Solid understanding of financial and asset management markets in both Mainland China and Hong Kong
  • Familiarity with key regulatory frameworks in both jurisdictions
  • Strong data analysis, statistical, and performance attribution skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; hands-on experience with Python and VBA preferred
  • Skilled in using Bloomberg, Wind, and other major financial platforms
  • Highly efficient, self-motivated, and responsible with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in mutual fund or private fund product setup is a strong advantage
