Job Description

As a PM Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support leasing activities, including tenant relations & lease agreements follow up.
  • Handling property management duties, such as maintenance and facility operations.
  • Providing support in marketing.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements.
  • Coordinating with contractors and service providers for property repairs and improvements.
  • Preparing regular reports on leasing and property management activities.
  • Assisting in budgeting and financial planning for property-related expenses.
  • Responding to tenant inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PM Officer should have:
