Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Participates in project definition activities including feature analysis for applications and systems;
  • Participates in technical requirements analysis to come out with a solutions for business;
  • Help to configures, tests, implements and supports ERP applications as well as other business applications;
  • Demonstrates mastery of troubleshooting and research tools to complete complex troubleshooting;
  • Demonstrates experience with project work and change management in demanding and dynamic environments, with tight deadlines;
  • Offers suggestions to improve processes and design options for executing those improvements;
  • Participates in incident management, and follow up corrective actions;
  • Assists with data migration and related data quality activities;
  • Supports application maintenance activities including patching and versioning updates;
  • Evaluates new technologies for improving existing functions and offers suggestions for design options to execute improvements;

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • AT LEAST 6 years of full time ERP applications project management (Planning, Controlling and Monitoring);
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems; Ideally Oracle EBS/ Oracle Fusion;
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements;
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and users;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement;
  • Experience in system implementation and maintenance projects;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in managing developers for project delivery;
