Job Description

  • Leading and mentoring a team to achieve set goals and objectives.Lead Regional SAP Projects: Plan and deliver SAP initiatives across Asia, integrating supply chain and logistics processes with other enterprise applications.
  • Full-Cycle Implementation: Oversee S/4HANA deployments from design through go-live, ensuring SD/MM modules meet business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct transversal teams to implement strategic projects such as omnichannel solutions, new warehouse setups, automated replenishment, and POS rollouts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and regional teams to define scope, manage expectations, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Partner with headquarters to plan and control budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.
  • Functional Expertise: Provide guidance during design and build phases to align solutions with best practices and operational needs.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure smooth transitions across markets.
  • Training & Enablement: Coordinate end-user training programs to enhance proficiency in SAP functionalities and related supply chain technologies.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain regional SAP landscape governance, harmonizing global standards with local requirements and ensuring robust change control and risk mitigation.



The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor in Information System or relevant disciplines
- 10+ years experience in SAP ERP with proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, particularly SD/MM modules.
- Multi-regions full cycle SAP S4/ HANA implementation is required
- Functionally strong and able to perform configurations is a huge plus
- Experience in New Warehouse/ Retail Store opening related technology projects is a plus
- In-depth knowledge in retail and supply chain operations
- MNC background. Strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management within a regional or multi-market context.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources in collaboration with global teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent command in English. Cantonese/ French speaker is a plus
