We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Pricing Specialist to support our ocean freight business. This role focuses on preparing competitive quotations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate pricing solutions.

Job Description

  • Prepare ocean freight quotations for spot requests, RFQs, and tenders with accuracy and speed.
  • Maintain close communication with overseas offices and partners to align pricing strategies and secure competitive rates.
  • Monitor market developments, carrier tariffs, and surcharges to keep pricing up to date.
  • Support sales and operations teams with pricing guidance and margin analysis.
  • Ensure all pricing data is accurately recorded and maintained in internal systems.
  • Participate in projects to improve pricing processes and response times.
  • Occasional travel to regional offices or overseas for business coordination.



The Successful Applicant

  • Higher diploma or above in logistics, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ocean freight pricing or forwarding operations; candidates with more experience may be considered for senior level.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of major trade lanes (e.g., Transpacific, Intra-Asia) is an advantage.
